Enterprise ENTERPRISE

Enterprise is DeepState for a team: one subscription, one invoice, a master key for the administrator and a seat key for each person. Every seat gets the full Pro feature set and its own DeepState AI allowance.

Keep the master key private

Whoever has the master key can see every seat and revoke any of them. Store it in your team's password manager; never hand it to seat holders.

Buying and setting up​

  1. On the pricing page choose Enterprise, set the number of seats (2-50; volume pricing applies automatically), and check out.
  2. The purchase email contains the master key and the initial batch of seat keys - one per seat bought. Download links for the app are in the same email.
  3. Give each team member one seat key. They install DeepState, enter the seat key and their email when asked, and are up and running with Pro features.
  4. Open getdeepstate.app/manage with the master key to see the seats and who has activated. See Seat management.

What a seat gets​

Everything in Pro: unlimited boards, vision, person search, YouTube, newspapers, AI-created feeds, custom tools - plus $8 of DeepState AI per seat per month. Seats are independent: one person's heavy AI use doesn't consume a colleague's budget. Anyone can switch to their own provider key at any time with no cap.

Collaboration​

Enterprise adds no special collaboration mode - the same end-to-end encrypted board sharing is available on every tier. What Enterprise gives a team is licensing and oversight. For organisations that don't want board traffic through DeepState's relay, self-host the relay on your own Cloudflare account, or use same-network sync and shared folders on infrastructure you already control.

Billing​

  • One monthly Stripe subscription for all seats, renewed automatically. Each renewal extends every seat.
  • Pricing per seat per month: $49 for 1-5 seats, $39 for 6-20, $29 for 21-50. Above 50, contact [email protected].
  • Adding seats mid-term or changing the count: contact support with your master key; new seat keys are issued and billing adjusted.
  • If the subscription lapses, all seats expire together after the paid period; the apps show the expiry banner and keep working for the three-day grace window.

Privacy​

The master key holder sees which seats are activated, on what machine name, and how many AI tokens each used per day. They cannot see boards, prompts, node content or anything a seat holder is researching - that data never leaves the seat holder's machine except to the AI provider and through encrypted collaboration.
